To say that I invented a particular style would be ridiculous as it would be to say that Jimi Hendrix was the only rock guitarist - what, the purist scream, about Eddie Van Halen, Carlos Santana, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and a dozen others? The same is true in writing, which to me is the equivalent of graceful hand style and lettering accompanied by raw bold intensity under pressure.

          In the mid to late 70's I started noticing the colors of the paintings on the walls and trains. I soon learned more about the underground culture called "writing" aka graffiti. Everything about it called my attention.
